The Shimano Tourney TX EZ Fire Plus Shift/Brake levers feature Reach Adjust, SIS Index Shifting, and an Optical Gear Display.
Technologies
Optical Gear Display – The Optical Gear Display tells you which gear position is selected while riding your bike. You can see how many gears you can select either on the low side or top side, which makes shifting control easier.
Dual SIS Index – The SIS rear index shifting system was adopted at the front. With the index system at the front shifting operation is easier and more comfortable.
EZ Fire Plus – The EZ Fire Plus features two shift levers, just like the Rapidfire Plus. The upshift lever is located at the top so it is easy to see. The visible gear display allows easy use for entry-level riders. This shifter is recommended for sports casual riding.
SIS Rear Index Shifting System – The system constituents such as the index mechanism built in the shifting lever, the frictionless SIS rear index shifting cable and the smooth action rear derailleur realize the Shimano Index System.
Reach Adjust – Brake lever is equipped with a reach adjust mechanism. The distance from handlebar grip to lever can be adjusted to suit any hand size, type of riding and individual rider preferences.
